We ship world wide from Austria, using Austrian Postal services.  Orders  up to 1 Kg are mailed as letter, and  orders above as “small package”. All orders over 2 Kg  are shipped as Parcels with tracking  number.  Allow 2-5 working days in Europe and  7-14 working days for oversea shipping. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We  sell Sheet music & digital files. Most of our customers know what they are looking for have already heard that piece of music they want to purchase. Therefore, our returns are practically zero.  But if for whatever reason you wish or need to return a purchased product, please contact us first by  email or phone,  it might well be that your problem will be solved without a need to ship back the product and have extra costs for postage.

1. DIGITAL scores are non refundable.  They also physically can not be returned by products nature.  IF, however, something is wrong with the file or you can not open it or got a wrong one, please send an e-mail with explanation of the problem,  we will look into it.

2. PHYSICAL SCORES, sheet music,  can be returned within 7 days of actual  receivement of the score. Please send us an e-mail first explaning what is the problem with the score and we will solve it. 

• Always include an invoice from your order
• Always return a package via a traceable method.
• You are responsible for return postage on returns.
• Your credit will be made available to you once we have received and processed your return.
• No authorization is required for your return, but including information ensures an accurate and speedy credit of your return.
• You may return entire order or part of it, but make note of it so we understand  it.
• You will receive a separate credit per invoice. Returns for items paid by credit card will be credited to that card.
